A few months back my aunt Maleen from Utah came for a visit. While she was here she bought my family a griddle. It is the kind of griddle that cooks your food FAST. So far, I have been the only person to use it, and quite a bit I might add. Whenever I find myself craving a grilled sandwhich or a cheesy quesidilla, I turn up the heat and get cooking. I use the griddle almost every other day and have experienced many new, griddled tastes. I tried to make different kinds of sandwhiches and experiment with making my bread or tortillas lighter or darker. Also, I'm super glad you like the griddle. I use mine all the time, so I am glad you have seen how useful it can be. Now, you need to master pancakes. Get yourself a pancake mix. Then all you do is add water, butter your griddle and you are minutes away from yum.
I'm just sorry your griddle is so hot. Yowza!!
